To All Attorneys, Paralegals & Legal Professionals
LAPA’s Employment Law Section Presents:
California is one of the nation’s leaders when it comes to protecting the rights of employees and employers alike. With discrimination lawsuits on the rise and the ever-evolving discussion of who qualifies for protection in the workplace, California continues to reshape its laws to keep up with its citizens' needs. This seminar reviews significant updates and proposed revisions to California’s discrimination and employee protection laws, and offers guidance on how employers and employees should conduct themselves accordingly.
