Ms. Franky is responsible for directing eDiscovery projects for Beacon Hill Legal – Managed Review Services nationwide. In this capacity she streamlines the managed review experience by employing clear and effective processes, engaging in active management, and implementing the most advanced review techniques. She oversees the managed review process from start to finish, providing feedback, ideas and solutions to ensure the review is completed efficiently and accurately. Ms. Franky began her career as a litigation associate with a boutique Miami law firm where she focused on eDiscovery. Throughout her career she has worked on a wide range of matters nationwide in the areas of commercial litigation, securities, anti-trust, pharmaceutical, patent and DOJ investigations. Ms. Franky graduated with a B.B.A. in Business Management and Organization and Legal Studies from the University of Miami and a J.D. from the University of Maryland. Ms. Franky is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Joy helped pioneer the field of Litigation Support and Electronic Dis-covery. She has dedicated her career to implementing new strategies, tech-nologies and services in various practice areas for some of the largest firms and corporate clients in the world. Joy is an Executive Committee Member of the California Lawyer’s Association Law Practice Management & Tech-nology Group. She is an active teacher and mentor in the legal community. She is the Regional Director (Southwest) for Women in eDiscovery and an instructor of UCLA Extension’s Paralegal Training Program.
