TO ALL ATTORNEYS, PARALEGALS & LEGAL PROFESSIONALS
LAPA's South Bay Section Presents:
Many cases are lost because attorneys either do not understand or embrace the burden of proof. Understanding the burden of proof better enables attorneys to prepare questions for deposition and evidence for trial. Understanding the burden of proof and how if impacts outcomes is the key to defending workers’ compensation claims – and many other claims as well.
LAPA is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar is approved for 1.5 hours of credit.
