Have you ever wondered what happens to an estate, and a solo law practice when an attorney becomes incapacitated or dies?  We have the answers.  In this seminar, we will talk about the following: 

A.  Differences among Trustees, Conservators, Personal Representatives, and Practice Administrators; B. Court Appointments of Practice Administrators to take over a practice; C. What documents are necessary to nominate a Practice Administrator? Probate Code and Business & Professions Codes relating to appointments of Practice Administrators; D. Who takes over client files, and attorney-client trust accounts at incapacity or death of an attorney; and E. What should paralegals know, and who should they alert when an attorney is incapacitated?
