Your Trial Preparations

v Using project management tools to manage and meet trial deadlines
Ann Pearson is the Founder and Director of Training at the Paralegal Boot Camp®. Ann develops training programs exclusively for paralegals and a unique hands-on practical approach designed to provide practical skills for working in law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies.
At the Paralegal Boot Camp, we know that a paralegal’s time is a valuable commodity. That’s why we develop courses that deliver the most amount of value in the least amount of time. Paralegals don’t have time to waste on training that doesn’t add immediate value to their careers.
Before founding the Paralegal Boot Camp in 2010, Ms. Pearson had 20 years of experience in the legal industry, first as a litigation paralegal at a boutique law firm in Sarasota, Florida, and then as a litigation paralegal at Holland & Knight LLP. She later became the paralegal manager at McKenna, Long & Aldridge LLP (now Dentons). She managed the paralegals and case assistants in their Atlanta, New York, and San Diego offices.
Ms. Pearson teaches courses for Emory University’s Paralegal Certificate Program and is on the Advisory Board of Berkeley College’s Paralegal Program. She is a member of the International Practice Management Association, the Association of Talent Development, and the Project Management Institute.
Ann received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and a Paralegal Certificate from the ABA-Approved Paralegal Program at State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota.
