    From Support to Strategy:
Stress-Testing Case Strength with Data and AI

    Presented by:
Keith Clark, CEO & Averyt Stackle, Ph.D.
    Jury Analyst

    Tuesday, August 4, 2026
    12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
    Online via Zoom

Keith Clark is the founder and CEO of Jury Analyst, a legal technology company that combines data science, machine intelligence, and behavioral psychology to help plaintiff-side litigation teams evaluate case risk, test strategy, and make more informed decisions.

With a career rooted in digital innovation since the early days of the commercial internet, Keith recognized the power of psychographics and behavioral targeting in shaping human decision making. His work has included serving major brands such as AOL, AT&T, Maserati, and Revlon. He has since applied that experience to the legal field, where understanding perception, behavior, and decision making can have a meaningful impact on case preparation and trial strategy.

At Jury Analyst, Keith has led the development of a proprietary platform that helps litigation teams assess case strength, identify strategic vulnerabilities, evaluate juror reactions, and test case narratives from initial evaluation through trial. The platform is designed to make sophisticated data analysis accessible to attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals, allowing teams to uncover blind spots, strengthen case themes, and approach settlement and trial decisions with greater confidence.

Keith's leadership philosophy centers on making trial science practical, scalable, and useful for firms of all sizes. Under his direction, Jury Analyst provides plaintiff-side legal teams with structured, data-informed tools that combine scientific rigor with clear and actionable outputs. His work emphasizes the importance of testing assumptions early, evaluating how a case may be perceived by others, and integrating behavioral insights into everyday litigation workflows.

A strong advocate for responsible innovation in legal technology, Keith believes machine intelligence should support professional judgment rather than replace it. He encourages legal teams to use structured analysis, simulation, and collaborative review to improve case preparation while maintaining accountability, confidentiality, and human oversight.

Through his educational work, Keith helps legal professionals understand how data-informed tools can strengthen case evaluation, improve communication between attorneys and paralegals, and elevate the paralegal's role as a strategic contributor throughout the litigation process.

Avery Stackle, Ph.D., is a behavioral scientist whose work focuses on the psychology of decision making, juror perceptions, and applied legal research. She specializes in designing and conducting empirical research that examines how individuals evaluate testimony, interpret expert evidence, and make judgments in complex legal environments. Her work bridges psychological science and litigation strategy by translating research findings into practical, data-driven insights.

Dr. Stackle's expertise includes research design, survey methodology, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, statistical modeling, and the interpretation of behavioral data for both professional and non-technical audiences. She has extensive experience managing large-scale research projects, developing evidence-based measurement approaches, and communicating complex findings in ways that support informed decision-making.

Her research interests center on juror decision making, perceptions of witness credibility, expert testimony, investigative interviewing, and the psychological factors that shape legal judgments. She is particularly interested in applying behavioral science to improve litigation strategy, jury research, and trial preparation through rigorous empirical methods.

In AI-driven jury simulation and litigation analytics, Dr. Stackle contributes to the development and evaluation of research methodologies that strengthen the realism and predictive value of simulated juror responses. Her work helps ensure that behavioral insights are grounded in psychological theory, supported by empirical evidence, and translated into practical guidance for legal teams.
