Recent Executive Orders dealing with immigration law and procedures have caused confusion, protests, and litigation. In this seminar, Attorney Nikki Jacobson will explain best practices for legal teams that assist those individuals who have been affected by the travel ban and other obstacles foreign nationals and U.S. Permanent Residents have, and will continue, to face. Ms. Jacobson will also discuss the status of such executive orders and court-related actions that can further change legal teams’ practices.
