Keith Clark is the founder and CEO of Jury Analyst, a legal technology company that combines data science, machine intelligence, and behavioral psychology to help plaintiff-side litigation teams evaluate case risk, test strategy, and make more informed decisions. With a career rooted in digital innovation since the early days of the commercial internet, Keith recognized the power of psychographics and behavioral targeting in shaping human decision making. His work has included serving major brands such as AOL, AT&T, Maserati, and Revlon. He has since applied that experience to the legal field, where understanding perception, behavior, and decision making can have a meaningful impact on case preparation and trial strategy.
Paul Bruemmer helps plaintiff trial teams make stronger, data-driven decisions as part of Jury Analyst (Litibit Corp), a firm that applies behavioral science, machine learning, and predictive analytics to jury selection, voir dire, damages framing, and verdict simulation. He brings more than three decades of experience as a digital marketing and SEO pioneer — driving record-breaking organic search growth for major brands — along with an early-adopter's fluency in AI. His perspective is also shaped by an earlier career as a firefighter and EMT, where he witnessed firsthand the human toll of serious injury and the road to recovery. That blend of technology, strategy, and lived empathy informs how he helps trial lawyers connect with juries.
