Mr. Grinblat will also give a brief overview of other Intellectual Property categories, such as copyrights, patents and trade secrets.

Tal Grinblat’s practice focuses on trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property, as well as franchising and distribution. He is a State Bar of California Specialist in Franchise and Distribution Law, as certified by the Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Grinblat is also a Certified Franchise Executive, as designated by the International Franchise Association. In addition to franchising, trademarks and copyrights, Mr. Grinblat advises clients on trade secrets, e-commerce, antitrust and competition matters.
