Presenter Holly Harpham is a Deputy District Attorney currently assigned to Target Crimes – Arson and Explosive Section since July 2017. Prior to attending law school at Southwestern School of Law, she worked as a Marine Biologist. She joined the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in May 2005 and spent several years in the Lancaster Branch and Area office before being assigned to Central Operations. In 2013, she joined the Sex Crimes Division and was assigned to Stuart House in 2015. Stuart House was founded in 1988 by the Rape Treatment Center in Santa Monica to improve the treatment of sexually-abused children. In September 2016, Ms. Harpham join the DUI Training and Prosecution Section (DTAPS). During this assignment, Ms. Harpham received training in administration of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST), Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE), and the Drug Recognition Evaluator (DRE) program. Her specialized training helped train new Deputy District Attorney’s to prosecute DUID cases.

LAPA is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar is approved for 1.0 hour of MCLE credit.
