Melissa advises clients on defensible approaches to the preservation, collection, search, and analysis of information and data, and is experienced with technology-assisted review and other methods to enable clients to significantly reduce costs while maintaining defensibility.Greg Jordan is Arnold & Porter’s Director of Discovery Operations and consults regularly with legal teams regarding the best use of available technology to manage document-intensive litigation matters from discovery through trial.
