October Conference Exhibitors will have a 3'x6' table and two chairs. Additional items that may be purchased: lunch, syllabus advertising, electrical, WiFi.

Pre-shipping Materials: Hilton Glendale will gladly receive the supplies necessary for any function. The shipment of such material will be accepted no sooner than 3 days prior to the function. There is a fee of $5.00 per box, up to 50 lbs.
